This report is Probably true and is of High Priority. Here is why -
This conflict was a result of a build-up from the very beginning following the arrival and settlement of the Congolese refugees in Simbili, an area which the Murle believe must only belong to them. This made the Murle uncomfortable with the Congolese presence. As the buildup started growing there were rumours, tensions, and hatred that emerged between the two communities. There are issues of one community being denied the ability to fetch water or having their jerrycans thrown away at the water points. There have also been issues relating to accusations of witchcraft and so on, which later resulted in the fight reported here. We confirm that people was injured in this fight, though the numbers were unspecified.
